I was able to learn at my own pace, which was nice because apparently that’s not always a given. The videos loaded fine, and the notes were actually easy to use, so for once I didn’t have to fight the platform just to get through a lesson.

I’ve been using Teachable for a few months now, it’s been one of those tools I don’t have to think much about, which I really appreciate. My course pages load without any fuss, the videos play smoothly, and I haven’t had students messaging me with access problems. For me, that says a lot because I’d rather focus on the actual course content than constantly troubleshoot tech issues. So far, it’s been reliable and easy to depend on...

I’ve been using teachable for my small coaching group, and it’s made things a lot smoother. "Checkout was quick and easy"
I bought a course on Teachable the other afternoon while I was drinking coffee, and the checkout was really smooth. It didn’t make me fill out a bunch of unnecessary info, which I appreciated because I was kind of in a hurry. After I paid, my login was ready right away and I could get into the course without any weird steps. The enrollment page was clear enough, and I figured out where to start the lessons quickly. Nothing fancy to report, just a simple process that worked like it should.

The app works well on my phone overall. Lessons usually load fine, but every now and then they take a bit longer than I’d like. Not a huge issue, just something I’ve noticed while using it

"Finally, pricing that doesn't make me guess"
I’ve been using Teachable the thing I appreciate most is that the pricing is actually clear. The transaction fees aren’t buried somewhere or explained in a confusing way, which is refreshing because I get annoyed when companies make you dig around just to figure out what you’ll actually pay. It’s made it a lot easier to plan out my course costs, and so far there haven’t been any weird surprises. That’s really all I wanted.

"Makes selling my courses a lot easier"
Well... Teachable has been simple to use for selling my courses. I like that I can create coupons, set up emails, and actually see what’s selling without having to click around forever. The checkout pages look clean too, which is nice, and I don’t feel like I need a bunch of extra tools just to make things work. It’s not perfect, but it definitely saves me time when it comes to marketing my stuff...

"It works fine, but delivery was a bit bumpy"
It works okay overall, and once I got it set up, it did what I needed it to do. I ordered it because I’d been meaning to replace my old one for a while, and I finally got around to it after clearing out some stuff at home last weekend. The only downside was the delivery process, which could’ve been smoother. It wasn’t a huge problem, but it felt a little more confusing than it needed to be. Still, the product itself is fine.

"I was able to export my course..."
I was able to export my course data from teachable in the end, but it took way more manual cleanup than I expected. They make it sound like the migration/export process is going to be straightforward, and that just wasn’t my experience. Nothing was completely broken, but I had to fix enough things myself that it became annoying fast. It worked, sure, but it definitely didn’t live up to the promises.

Teachable makes it simple to manage students and team access. Roles work. Permissions work. No big issues there. Some settings are just tucked away a bit, so I had to click around. Not perfect. But for my courses, it does what I need...

"Tax stuff and invoices are way easier now"
I run a small course on Teachable, and the tax side has been one of the biggest stress relievers for me. VAT and sales tax are not things I want to spend my evenings figuring out, so having most of that handled in the background saves me a lot of time.
Invoices have been simple too. when a student asks for one, I can usually find it and send it over without making it a whole project. it’s not perfect in every tiny way, but for what I need, it works really well.
